Need help on a certain fat burner was created by LiZ247
I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post the name of the fat burner I bought, but I would like to ask for any info anyone has on this supplement since I can't find any reviews of it (in English any ways). The brand is a highly trustable but seems sketchy to me since they show no record of it. I'm new to ths site so please advise me if I may discuss this and ask for help? Thanx :)

See the rules: anabolicsteroids.co.za/forum/rules

There is no rule that prevent you from posting the name of a product. Only rule is that if the product contains something illegal then you may not post where to obtain it.

What is the name of this Fat Burner.

It is Hydroxycut Fat Burner, (not the hardcore elite or any of those, just that name). I would like to know does this supplement actually work (obviously with training and a strict diet) since you have to pay quite a lot for this product and there is no reviews, info or anything about it on the internet. Any input on this?

If your diet and training is on point, you will achieve far better results with spending a lot less...

Basic supplements like a whey protein, omega 3 and decent Multi vitamin is all you need.

What are your stats and goals?

Thank you so much needed that confirmation! My current goal is to lose those last view kg's that are always so difficult to lose ( I'm really into fitness model stuff  ) so basically I'm striving for that "perfection". I've been stuck in this body fat percentage loop so that's why I was looking at fat burners to give me that final push that I need. Want to get my body fat down to 15% and I'm 20% now the last time I've checked...

ok makes more sense.

How old are you, height, weight, guessing female?

All these factors play a significant role in how you should proceed.

What is you current diet and training program like?

I'm 21 years old, 1,63cm and yes female.

My diet is quite simple:
Morning: 1 Hard boiled egg and 1 egg white
Snack: 1 Apple
Afternoon: 100g of chicken/steak/tuna with 2 cups of vegetables (sometimes add 100g of cooked brown rice as well)
Snack: 1 Apple
Dinner: 80/100g of chicken/ steak with 1 cup of vegetables

My training is a bit out there since I am really over enthusiastic about exercise. I do 5 days a week weight training ( Rewired program of James Grage), Run at least 4 times a week a 5km, cardio 4 to 5 times a week ( 45min spinning interval training or 1 hour aerobic class).

And I can honestly admit that I do fail some weeks not to stay on my diet 100% perfectly, but 85% of the time its all legit :)

Agree, Leave the fat burners for now. Your diet looks pretty good but does lack a lot of nutrients.

What is your current weight?

I presume your goal is to drop some body fat and add lean muscle? (Like almost everyone here)

Probably why I crave things like bread after two weeks straight dieting feeling droopy   .

I weigh 63kg, and yes it is the goal and long road of shedding that body fat for good.

Something I probably also should mention is that I struggle with internal stress, so that's what kept me from moving forward with the whole insulin spike thing and diabetes in my family. Even though I do not have diabetes I do consist of the potential getting it and want to avoid that by all means.

Yeah craving carbs sucks. :(

My father has diabetes so I run that same risk. Don't over think it though. If you live a healthy life you have less to worry about.

How much water do you generally drink a day? I drink a big glass just after waking up and then about 3 to 4 litters a day. 2 - 3 should be fine for you. Try the drinking water in the morning thing. Works really well for weight loss too.

Try and add some fibre to your diet:

Nuts:

Almonds
Peanuts

Fruit:

Prunes
Raspberries

Bran flakes, corn and rye bread is good too.

You also seem to be getting in too little fat.

Natural peanut butter, avo and olive oil are great sources.

Can you post your workout program?

OK so I think you should have a look at ketogenic diets, similar to Tim Noaks but the way we do it is a little more precise

This will definitely help you drop that final 5. It will also curb hunger and eventually minimise carb cravings. I say eventually because the first couple weeks is pretty tough.

But you seem to have enough tenacity to find a steroids forum and ask away so I think you will manage just fine.

Something to look at is crossfit, it helps a.lot of women achieve some truly fantastic physiques.

I calculated your calories using the Karth-mcardle method and get 1800 kcal for you to lose bodyfat. Now I have not checked what you are currently eating comes to so it's just a guide.

If you want to set up a varied diet aim for around 3g of protein per kg of body weight.
And work the rest of your macros from there.

If you interested in keto, read "Donkiekongs (it's on) thread"
And we can guide you from there with questions you may have. Note protein would be lower if you go this route.

Other than that well done and keep pushing hard

Thank you so much I will go and read that! I'm a bit confused with the whole macros thing, I basically just count calories on a daily basis. I know its frustrating and stupid to some individuals but I find it the best way for me to stay on track.

About my training program, its on the bodybuilding site available (look for Rewire by James Garge). I've researched their training programs quite a lot and find them really good. Just my personal opinion. They offer a lot of advice there regarding training and how to train properly.

Interesting enough I have considered switching to crossfit, but the gyms here in PE that offer it are a bit out of my student budget  so in my free time I experimented with HIIT. That stuff really works!

Macros are simply where our calories are coming from, and they consist of:
Protein (4 calories per gram)
Carbohydrates (4 calories per gram)
Fats (9 calories per gram)

Counting calories is the only way to do it, and I have no idea how else to :p
I'm pedantic and if my oats are a single gram off I will correct it
Weigh EVERYTHING!

Try increase that water intake, it is important to be well hydrate...
Coffee? Hmm sugar and milk, even milk alone can quickly accumulate calories.
(I love the stuff so limit myself to 2 cups a day and use 50ml soy milk per cup)

HIIT is brilliant, and in all honesty rather close to crossfit IMO. Throw in some KB swings, clean and jerks, pull ups and BAM! You're there...

Student life becomes even tougher when you eating 4000 clean calories a day plus supplements plus some yummy compounds like winstrol and testosterone :woohoo:

When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.

Lol  I will try that this weekend and see how your combo goes. Sounds like those jerks will kill you!!! And for the water increase, will do. Coffee is my only weakness I truly can't divorce even without sugar and milk, but that's probably a topic one can go on about for hours. :)

Thank you for all you guys advice and about the hydroxycut fat burner supplement. :)

Ripped freak ingredients:
Caffeine
Green Tea Leaf Extract
Olive Leaf Extract
Green Coffee Bean Extract
Sweet Red Pepper Extract
Raspberry Ketone
Gallic Acid

I disagree, must be something more special off the racks these days than this product. You can DIY the caffeine and green tea extract (only 2 that are proven to work to a measurable degree of those listed).
