Seem to get much stronger/size and wonder if I should go on gear or not?If so what gear, and if not what supps. I eat 5 meals a day, 250g protein, 300carbs, 60g fats. 2500 cals in total. Any help will be appreciated, thanks :)

Hey bro!

I was in the same position as you a year ago, and after reading the views of the more experienced veteran members and reading more about the steroids and what they do I decided not to as it's just waaay to early and risky to start now. Its not just the normal side effects you'd have to worry about but also the fact that it could stunt growth, mess with your Test production (imagine shutting down your test production for good and having to be on trt for the rest of your life! Yes, it is worst case but there's still a chance it could happen), you could become reliant on it to keep the gains and then there's the expense and list goes on... Its just not worth it man. Rather wait till you've reached your full growth potential and your natural limit in terms of weight and strength and then only begin to think of steroids... My best advice is to just be patient, learn to get to know your body, change up your training, read through the forum and the net, eat more, get quality sleep and just be consistent. I found the 5x5 routine helped me with strength. As far as supps go, I'd say just keep it simple man - Whey protein, BCAA's and Creatine followed up by a good diet and your hundreds.

You seem to have an understanding of nutrition, this gives you a major advantage... Try increase your calories and as for supplements all you need is BCCA, whey, creatine and food ;)

When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.

Destro your in good shape at a young age (strong lifts bro) What Outlaw #19 and MasonMight said. If I could go back and not cycle I would :) If and when the time comes for you, you will be a monster! Going back to your lifts, I take it you primary focus/ have focused on power training. Try periodization. Adapt a new hypertrophy routine and your muscle size will start to match the strength. Keep things fresh but not too mixed to obscure progress tracking.
