Hey all...

Reading much online, reviews and most people have mixed emotions on whey protein.

If one is loosing weight, and building lean muscle. What is the science behind Whey Protein..

To whey or not to whey?

Thanks

this is really a 'no brainer'.
whey is a very fast absorbing protein.and truly the only protein powder to use.
it generally has zero carbs which is great if you cutting or if you bulking add some dextrose/maltodextrin.
it's also very high in amino acids specifically bcaa's.
if you can afford it get some whey isolate thats even better.
I'm curious what is the negative feedback with regard to whey??

if everything in the world made sense, life would be senseless.

SexyHybrid, it also contains Leucine which stimulates fatty acid oxidation and whey will also sate appetite.

I know there were studies done in the university of Oklahoma where it was proven.
