any 1 tried the whey I am using smells strong and is sweet was a low price - jus concerned about content - tried mailing manufacturer no response.

Any insight appreciated as always.

Creatine monohydrate causes bloat for some people there are other forms creatine you could try as for the whey it might be brand specific that you are sensitive to. Starting with the whey drop it for a few days have a high protein meal instead post workout and see what happens and so on with the stuff till you can pin point which is causing the problem. If you can afford it just buy another small tub of a different brand of whey.

for how long have you been taking this combo of yours?
it could possibly be your whey (think its your problem) so make like LOBO said and discontinue it, then only try another brand.

yes if its the protein its simply your body that cannot digest the protein and moves the undigested protein to your bowl where its often taken apart (decomposed) by bacterial purification.
This process may result in your bloating and can also cause -- diarrhea and cramps.

as far for the creatine, creatine has been shown to make you bloat when you take it with a very high calorie eating plan. how many calories are you consuming?

The problem is most likely the Creatine.

Thanks for asking Endo

I am taking 2.5grams creatine with 3.2grams D-Aspart first thing in morn on empty.

Have oats n whey about hour later

train then take post work - 2.5 grams creat + whey + malto

Much better on tummy but still rumbles - I have my doubts about Supp SA super whey tho - they havnt responded to my enquiry either.

Wow no response yet? Usually I get a response within a day from them,
Maybe try and stop the creatine for a week and just see what happens.
How many protein per day do you currently consume?

I got some runny tummy a few times when taking two or more servings a day.
I changed to Optimum Nutrition recently and gone are the tummy issues.

Worth EVERY cent!

I messed up and decided to try Muscle Meds this month. Not too impressed.

When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.
