Optimum Nutrition Aminos was created by Furk

I was given this product for free. Not sure how to make use of it properly. I reckon it's only a helpful supplement if your diet is crappy and lacking. I was considering replacing my postworkout whey with a couple of these, you guys agree this would be ok use?

I won't replace my post workout completely with this, maybe just take 30g whey and this where you would normally take 60g whey post for example. you could also probably take it pre workout

Haha, well in that case just throw in a serving of the amino tablets with that whey! i think it'll boost your recovery a bit, but not so much that you can drop whey!

Ja, plus I'm keen on keeping my post WO a liquid. I guess I'll pop them alongside veg dishes to save money on meats and add in a dose on low calorie days.

I just don't like Bcaas in capsule form. Face it what do you get a gram a pill if your lucky? So to have 10 to 15 grams intra you end up looking like a junkie.

I do like ON powder form Amino's though

These aren't BCAAs. They are basically large pills (half a thumb) of concentrated whey. BCAAs are great. In capsules they are easily dosed and just really practical.
