That really is a good price.

Good amount of Protein per serving too. Carbs might be a bit higher than usual but not a train smash.

Hopefully somebody here has used the brand before. I'll be interested for sure.

Their wording just doesn't make sense here. 30min as required? Huh?

Adult Males : Take 2 heaped level scoops with 250ml of cold water/milk 30 minutes as required Adult Females : Take 2 heaped level scoops with 250ml of cold water/milk 30 minutes as required

Whey Protein Concentrate,
Fat Free Milk Solids,
Whey powder,
Sodium Saccharin,
Sodium Cyclimate,
CMC Kikolate,
L-Glutamine,
Artificial Flavours and Colourant.

When it tells you fat free milk solids and whey powder you know its going to bloat you up. If it was 100% concentrate it would pnly have 8g of carbs per 100g not per serving. Most whey should be 2g of carbs and 23g of protein per 30g serving. That serving size is probably 45-50g serving to get those numbers. For 550 for 5kgs i can place money on it being full of fillers.

And their slow release protein (usually Casein) is Soy Protein Isolate! What a laugh.
