Evox 3dt2 noob question was created by Mystx
Hey Everyone!

Ive been taking protein shakes for a while now and decided to give Evox a go,
I got this stuff called 3dt2 for free with my evox mega grow value pack
all i really wanted was a shake and didnt really care about the free extras.

Decided to give it a go before a class at virgin active called Grid.
All the stuff did was make me really nausea's and I couldn't work out at my usual pace.

Is this supposed to happen? I mean, my entire head felt thick and i had trouble hearing and seeing straight...
I had to stop the workout and go sit at the back so that i didnt throw up. There have been a few occasions where i have felt sick during a class but ive never had to stop and go sit down.

Just any advice or any one else who can tell me what heck is this stuff? is it safe?
If so - then why did it make me feel so sick.

Thanks
Jason

I havent used that one specifically but not uncommon for some people to not react well to the stimulants in different pre workouts there are a few available that aren't so heavy on the stimulants that you could try I would toss it if it doesnt agree with you.

Hey man, the taste of 3dt2 puts me really off, but never got nauseous, though I gag every time I swallow it. Next time you do a Grid session, repeat everything exactly like you did without the 3dt2 to asses whether the 3dt caused it. Also remember, the grid is a high intensity program, so lots of movement and I reckon that might of triggered acid reflux encouraged further nausea.

Just my opinion, hope it helps.

3dt (and most other pre-workouts) have the same effect on me, hits my system quickly, sometimes I see black spots, pins and needles in my fingers, ringing in my ears, diarrhea, headache and a hard crash within about 30min (nausea/feeling faint) needless to say I don't use pre-workouts anymore.

hey Mystx

look on the back of you container, there is a 14 day money back guarantee so take it back if its still in the time period.

how's you blood pressure? do you check it regularly?
in some cases high blood pressure can cause headaches, vision problems, nausea, and vomiting so check it out and let us know.

the other problem can be the stimulants like "lobo" said so discontinue and remember check that blood pressure! :)

Hey guys,

thanks for the tips!
I have been doing Grid for about 5 months (2x a week)
I can handle it no problem.
last I checked my blood pressure was a-ok!
but ill be sure to get checked again.

I recon this 3dt2 stuff is not for me. Ill just stick to my creatine and protein shakes hay.

Thanks

Late reply
but just lower the dosage, the stimulants were to much for you
