expired bsn syntha 6

Hi Guys,

ive got a sealed tub of bsn syntha 6 protein but the expiry date on it is july 2015. you think its still safe to use or not

Use it Generally the stuff will be fine and it's a huge waste to not try it out and see if your body rejects the stuff. I even use "off" gear :silly:

i would suggest not using it though, protein is food why would you want to risk your stomach health on expired food? are you not a bodybuilder? Your stomach is the primary tool we use to manipulate size and body composition, so keep it 100% clean brother and get a new tub.

It won't affect your stomach I've used expired supplements before they dont cause a prob and it's only like 3 months old anyway..rather use it

It's milk whey protein a bit past expiry date. In all likely probability it won't mess with gut bacteria or cause you ulcers. And seriously, that's expensive whey mate.

Massmonsta, if you are concerned but don't want to waste it, make muffins/ pancakes out of it. Or pour it onto hot oats. :thumbup:

Ja furk has a good idea Syntha 6 tastes amaze and work make pretty kick ass muffins but I still stand by using it as normal it's only been like 3 months your in the safe..just have a scoop and see
