2) Good job on bringing food to res! If you have more questions on this ask hey. Like if something you get served you think is suspect, ask away. Lots of misconceptions about nutrition.
3) How's the lights-out policy at your res? Do you get enough sleep through the night? If not, consider naps. A flood of good hormonal activity with a long night's sleep, but naps can help ease stress hormones and help you recover.
