I personally would never purchase and use a mass gainer ever again. For me it was one of the worst things I ever did, just made me fat.

Take that money and spend it on actual food! If you are dead set on spending that money on supplements, rather just get normal whey protein. SSN whey is not bad, I use to use it.
I now am able to obtain all of the protein I require from the food I eat, so no need to spend money on protein :)

For some Abs are made with lighting & angles... For others they are made in the kitchen.

note taken. since i am 18 and with my parents they wont allow me to buy my own food as they say "if you live under our roof you will eat the way we do end of conversation" but for the future what do you typically eat to cover all your protein needs?

If you say sandwich or sandwich or two. Tell us what you put on it or do you just eat two slices of bread?

It is on you. It always has been...

Chicken
Steak
Turkey
Tuna(I hate tuna)
Salmon
Eggs
Almonds
Peanut butter
Milk

That's just dairy poultry and meat though there's still veg like broccoli that contain protein and carbs like oats

PS your diet needs major help tell your parents instead of the supplements use the money to buy you food or you buy your own food and cook then

Wally, at 18 you can pretty much eat what you want. Just keep shoveling in the proteins and try to limit carbs a bit if you're getting fat. Get big and strong. Chase ass. Don't worry too much about anything else than lifting as heavy as you can with proper form.

Whey protein/mass builder is a supplement, and only really useful if you're unable to get enough whole food down the hatch. Save your money for a lekker movie and tell your mom you want more chicken and steak B)
