Yes proclaim,it's a carnatine In suspension, apparently iv grade, oral carnatine is only 15% bio availability. Where as injectable is 100% bio available. I know that John meadows has been on about it, and says thats how he stays sub 8% body fat all year around.

This is the write up my supplier sent me when he got it into stock.

Carnaject: the bodybuilders and fitness models secret to staying in shape all year round!

L-Carnitine is a very important amino acid used in the breakdown of fat for energy. Increasing L-Carnitine levels above and beyond what one would normally consume from diet has the ability to increase fat burning, even in the presence of carbohydrate. By using fats as energy for muscle contractions, the body is sparing glycogen and delaying the accumulation of lactic acid .This can be an incredibly beneficial effect, but there are is a catch. For one, the amount of L-Carnitine one would have to consume orally in order to elicit a benefit would far outweigh the costs, and would most likely lead to stomach upset. L-Carnitine levels are tightly controlled, and the cost of L-Carnitine is not cheap, so eating 5-10 grams of it per day would make it impractical for our purposes.

Welcome to the world of injectable carnitine

Injectable L-Carnitine however, allows the advanced user to bypass the gastric limitations, and dramatically increase blood levels of Carnitine at a fraction of the dose. In addition, users may find that injecting this amino acid will therfore increase the absorption of the Carnitine into the cells where it is needed to burn fat for energy. An initial loading phase of 600-800mg per day is recommended, and thereafter, 300-400mg per day is all that is needed to keep the levels consistently high.

Injectable carnitine also helps delay muscle fatigue and improves endurance, as well as increasing the rate of recovery of the user as lipids are the main source of cellular energy which acts as a buffer and delays the on set of lactic acid, thus increases the performance of the athletes.

Taking injectable carnitine will also support an anabolic response to exercise by up-regulating the androgen receptors, which will “help to mediate quicker recovery,A study led by William J. Kraemer found that supplementing with injectable carnitine for 21 days produced an increase in the resting content of the androgen receptors that bind with testosterone, indicating a better anabolic environment. Which means more muscle with even less fat or use of additional anabolics.

Following resistance exercise, participants also had increased androgen receptor content that indicated greater cellular uptake of testosterone and increased protein synthesis. Enhanced protein synthesis allows tissue that was damaged during training to regenerate faster and speed recovery. So carnatine has been shown to increase the amount of androgen receptor density of each of the users. More androgen receptors with taking in androgenic anabolics, means a fuller, harder, better looking muscle.

Injectable Carnitine is also emerging as a supplement that can help prevent type 2 diabetes because of how it improves fat metabolism. It can counter the diseases of metabolic syndrome by preventing atherosclerosis, and supporting cardiovascular health, while inducing fat loss. Which will be perfect to prevent metabolic damage from long term dieting related to contest prep which will help with preventing the dreaded rebound post show.

As you can see the research and practical application of carnaject will make each user, leaner, stronger, harder, and enhance recovery even on low carbohydrate diets for life style or contest prep and even prevent metabolic damage when recovering from a large dieting phaze. It will also add muscle and use fat for energy in a higher calorie diet whilst increasing androgen receptor density of the athlete.

From what I have read it is completely legal, as it's just an Injectable amino acid. The one I just recieved is from my local supplier and its called carnaject.

To be honest i thought there was just gonna be a shit load of hype over this product with 0 return and well i am not gonna lie it's out done my expectations. I don't fatigue as easily when hammering out leg and back training, i easily get another 3-5 reps per set now or I add in an additional set or whole another exercise.

Carnaject is by a company called advanced amino technology and my supplier said there is also a few other products coming along too.

Yes but what makes you so sure that the manufacturer has a strong focus on quality assurance and adheres to these processes? You don't just inject without knowing everything about the product do you?

I hear you on this Pyro, i am going all on word from my supplier who supplies me pgw, oraltec, liquid pharma, injectable clen and reverzine. Of which some are oil based vs water based, i am on the first bottle from him and I have 0 injection pain or inflammation for a jab. This is a 100ml water based product that has to be highly filtered to ensure there is 0 bacteria issues for infection.

You are questioning the validity of a newly manufactured product yet even vet grade water based steroids have a high level of abscesses rate. Also your have trusted underground labs before without know their processes? I will carry on trusting this brand until any issue occours, just like I have any other ugl.

And seeing that you are such a big alpha pharmacy fan, do u know that I know of 4 people that have had abcesses from this "pharma company" so its nothing is ever certain I guess.

Sounds easier to just take 6g orally :D It's not really anything new, and used by some greyhound trainers. I'd rather go with t3 or clen before using slin and suspension shots for weight loss, but I'm not competing. Assuming that's why you're doing it, SteveC?

Yes i am competing. The 2iu of slin is only a loading dose for 2 weeks, after that u don't need it. I am using in conjunction with oral yohimbine and I am leaner than I have been on using t3 clen and yohimbine.

Work out your cost on 6g orally and tell me if u still will do the same? It's all about personal choice and information and I am just sharing my experience with the stuff...thats what the board is all about?

Calm your farm bro - I wasn't being hostile at all :)

I got some Primaforce Alcalean recently at $6 for 120 500mg caps. 1kg powder is around $60. 200mg/ml 100ml injection is about the same. By my calcs, the powder at 6g is cheaper?

However, the 100% bio-availability vs the 5-75% for oral supplementation refers to IV administration. Not IM/SQ - www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4379349/

Hey Morgear. Any updates on your l-car use? Most info I've read suggests the injections should be done IV to increase the bio-availability, rather than just subq.

This study points out that it's effective orally too, without the need to use slin:

Sorry reply took so long, I seemed to have missed message. I am injecting IM, it's 2ml at a time so subq ain't an option. The main effect t I have seen is improved ability to stay lean while bulking. I increased calories over the last 12 weeks to the extent that I would have historically gained weight and BF to a greater degree than I have. The negative is pinning 2ml every day before training gets irritating specifically given that one is also pinning gear every few days. You feel like a pin cushion. I did load using insulin at 6iu per day for 2 weeks.

On the study and the oral option, it does work but to get the same levels in the muscle one needs a crap load of Lcar - in the study it was 1.38g

Thanks for the response B) Is there any evidence that IM or subq injection improves absorption over oral consumption? Most of the research I've come across only refer to IV vs oral. Most of the injectables I've seen are labelled as IV grade. Thought that was for a reason, i.e. it's supposed to be IV'd.

There's a huge difference in the absorption/bioavailability of IM vs oral. IM shots are still absorbed into the bloodstream, just at a slower rate than directly into the blood via IV. Oral bioavailability is extremely low, so you don't need a study to confirm that. Carnitine is not fragile like a peptide hormone so it's not going to degrade much before it hits the blood.
