Had a real bad day today. 10ml(2mg) ketotifen last night after gym and Heat and it brought the Heat right up - felt like i swallowed 3!

In a rush this morning took a quick gulp estimating it around 10 ml or so. Hour later i couldn't keep awake. Felt dizzy/off balance/nauseous all day and even struggled to focus. Think it might have been quite a bit more than last night.

I'm skipping tonight and taking it slow from tomorrow. 5ml at night to see how it goes.

It is an anti-histamine so just ginto the pharmacy sneezing and tell them that KETOTIFIN is the only thing that clears you right up. lol

do u know if an anti-histimine benadryl is available in south africa as i hear it is similar 2 ketotifen but far cheaper

Whats the best way to take this stuff.

Should I take the clen constantly and every third week take the ket for that week?
