Supplements needed to get full results was created by SamoneCoetzee
Hi Guys,

Quick version of what I am looking for. The past year I have lost nearly 30kg's, strict dieting & light workouts. I have now found a rather good workout book that I am going to use, but I am honestly struggling with the last bit of "tummy flab". What supplements can I add to my diet? Currently my days look like this :

Breakfast : 40g Oats + 3 Egg whites + 1 Yolk
Snack : 1 Protein Shake
Lunch : Protein + Veggies or Brown Rice, Couscous etc
Snack : Crackerbread + Nut butter, Or nuts, Or Pineapple and Biltong
Dinner : Protein + Veggies/Salad

Training will be a H.I.I.T session, or jogging, currently only doing body weight training as it is easier as I can do it at home.

I am looking at starting a cycle of Clen XDV? What are your thought. I do feel like I need a burner, BUT I am looking for something non hormonal as I do not want it to interfere with my contraception pill.

BUT I would also like to know what other supplements I can add, except a fat burner, and if someone knows about a better one that will work with my lifestyle, that would be great.

Have a lovely day!

Hi and welcome

Critical advice to you is, if you loose fat to fast, issues with loose skin is guaranteed.

For the guys to assist you with the results you want, you need to give more info as your calories in vs calories out is critical for your goals.

Post your Age, Height, Lenght / gender / how many times a week do you train?

Thanks! Well after I posted I actually counted the months and realized with a huge shock it has actually been 1.6years since my journey has started.

I am 25, 1.61m, 52.1kgs, female and train 3-5 times (Depends on how busy my week gets)

See the bold text above- excellent! Your diet needs lots of work so we first sort that out, get more results, then we add supplements, then fatburners at the end. Are you counting calories and have you worked out your macros?

Okay I went through that file, I am probably going to sound so stupid but OMG I am a bit confuse. Okay no, I am still not sure how to apply it to my life. Here is what I have, and can give you :

BMR : (According to Harris-Benedict Formula - Total Body Weight) 2639.56
(Current Weight - 53.1, Height - 161cm, Age 25)

Now, what now? I honestly thought I would be more able to help myself but I am still so confused. I will be printing the post and studying it more in depth tonight, and hopefully I would not sound so silly when someone replies.......

Sorry guys. Haha

665 +(9.6 x 53) + (1.8 x 161) - (4.7 x 25)

= 665 + 508.8 + 289.8 - 117.5
= 1346.1 (BMR)

1346.1 x 1.375 (lightly active)
= 1850.9 (TDEE)

1851 calories is what you should be taking in for the day.

If you feel you are moderately active you can use 1346.1 x 1.55 = 2086 calories per day

Now just to find out what works for you in terms of carbs, protein and fat ratio and apply it to your diet.

(Slaps forehead) Yeah kinda worked that out wrong hey? (Not mentally challenged, can you believe? Brain fart)

Ill have a better idea by tomorrow how I can apply these changes to my diet, and work something out then, I hope. Luckily only have one protein that I am allergic to, so rest of my options are open.

Thanks for the help so far.
