I would say worth it.

Gives you good quality sleep and relieves anxiety, improves mood and also helps with reducing symptoms of "monthlys". Also good for promoting lean muscle growth, burning fat and stabilizing blood pressure.

It may also increase gh level as your sleep quality improves.

Used it once in a test booster mix. It helps with recovery/sleep/ lean muscle. The tingling feeling is funny you get use to it

USN use to have a good one but that's not available anymore, I have used Gaba a lot in different ways and yes it works well for anxiety and stress.
I like to use a powder form rather than capsules, one teaspoon in a glass of OG about 30min before bed works wonders.

PS don't eat at least an hour before you drink it.

If you keep doing what you've been doing
You gonna keep getting what you've been getting...

Why not eat before taking it?

It works best on a empty stomach. Food interferes with the absorption with gaba. Time to sleep. (Gaba does its thing) with food in the mix. Your body now has to digest The food. When actually its meant to be doing other things. Like putting yourbody in sleep mode. Someone can correct me if im wrong here.

I use NPL, it works well, Nutritech is also good. That tingling though....

My comments are not advice, medical or otherwise. I am not a medical practitioner. Always consult your Doctor before making decisions.

I dropped it to one scoop but it still feels like I'm back on the old Jack3ed. Once the tingles pass though my whole body just seems to relax and I'm asleep very quickly afterwards.

I would say NPL and Nutritec powder is the only ones Ive seen recently that works well, dischems's gaba tabs also do the job and quite cheap.

Pharmafreak's GHfreak worked well for me back then, it made me rock hard, but back then it had a different composition, not sure if it is still legit though.

Apologies its Orange Juice not OG.
About 5mg of gaba with OJ worked really well for me.

My experience with gaba, slight shortness of breath and tingling as described for about 5min.

Unfortunately I didn't experience any positive impact on sleep or anxiety. I've used all brands at different dosages over the years. My gym partner has had nothing but good things to say about gaba though.

Preator, regarding Pharmafreak's GHfreak, I'm not too sure whether it was the old or new formulation, but the one that had/has melatonin and DHEA included was spot on. The other one, noticeably different. Not worth the inflated price imo.

Hi,

Used it long ago so cannot fully commit to a full experience review other than getting that "tingly" feeling when it kicks in.

Considering the price vs. how much it boosts natural GH levels I prefer GHRP6 as a relatively cheap way to also stimulate your bodies natural GH levels to a much higher extent. GHRP6 is a ghrelin mimic which your stomach mainly produces. It does stimulate hunger as well, did so in a big way for me, perfect post workout. It signals the pituitary and gives a GH "pulse" so to speak, increasing the release of GH. Just keep in mind that it also binds to the hypothalamus and signals hunger at the same time. Effect last only +- 30min. I did experience an increase in insulin sensitivity the first few shots as well.

If you looking to keep it strictly legal supplement route then you cannot go wrong with some GABA for better sleep and recovery.

Cheers
