Damn... The last time I bought supplements was plenty years ago... Now there's about 5 bajillion of each thing!
A buddy of mine reckons I should look at PW, Creatine and Whey.
I know generally speaking you get what you pay for... But I've read through a few threads on here where peeps have been getting whey for super cheap (compared to online stores).
- How is the USN stuff (USN Blue Lab 100% Premium Whey Protein Vanilla - 2kg)
- How is the Nutritech stuff (Nutritech Premium Whey - Chocolate 3.2kg)
- Any specific Creatine that is better than others or is it a pick something random and see?
- Any guidance on PW?
There's SO much stuff I'm a tad overwhelmed... sorry for the very noob questions.
I read a few threads and I saw the BSSA is gone now. I found another link to puresupps but there is no store there anymore.
Is there a "forum guy" I can support instead of Dischem/Takealot?
