Reset Receptors

Hey Guys,

I know the first step is to usually use the search option as most of the stuff has been discussed before.

Thing is, I don't know the correct wording, apologies.

What do you guys use to reset your receptors e.g after taking too much stimulants (coffee/pre workout)

I use Crash by ProSupps, it's expensive but seems to work well for me when I need it. I train late so pre-workout tends to keep me awake and this helps.

2-3 weeks off. Simple and effective.
