Any good supplement brands you guys can recommend ( multi vitamins etc ) ? I know solal is a no go. Looking to supplement with some selenium and zinc. So far on the list is is Viridian,solgar,metagenics and amipro. Thanks guys.
Natural is irrelevant.
Vital have a nice selenium zinc combo.
Ideally I would prefer higher selenium or plain selenium, in which case solgar would be ideal.
But the vital one is good.

Hey man. I've heard bad reviews about them especially on this forum.
It's really their bullshit claims of what they say their products can do and then overcharging for what you can buy elsewhere for less. It is not like it is underdosed or bad quality.
