Pre-Workout

Im looking for pre-workout recommendations.
I used to use the RYSE normal pre workout. I enjoyed the non stim feeling and mental concentration / focus.

Anything else comparable that isnt as expensive?

Also used the RYSE, both the normal pre and the Blackout version, which was a top class pre with nice hefty doses. Had the sickest pump from that pre. It's just also very expensive. That's the problem we're always facing. The best pre-workouts are all imported and come with a price. Locally, nothing can compare because of all the patented ingredients the international brands use. 1Up from 1Up Nutrition has a good one. Perfect Nutrition PNS- Killer is also very good.

Yeah, I wait for the specials on the RYSE stuff, sometimes it drops to low R400's which is a bit more palatable. The High stim was ludicrous, Ive never had a pre workout last that long or feel that....euphoric.
The standard one mixed with their pump mix was about as good as I've ever had!

For a good Stimulant Free Pre try the Neuro Pump Serum 3 from Evolve Nutrition it is the best by far. Another decent on is Intense Pump from TNT

This is why you make your own pre=worky with raw supps. Costs half as much and it's 10x better.

this is international standard for ingredients in iPharma Start

would love to get my hands on this, but is this good for anabolic brand to go into Supplements?

5mg of cialis and 200mg caffeine.

L-Theanine is underrated if you have anxiety issues like me and struggle to go above 100mg of caffeine.

Hey Pyro, where would you recommend to get raw supps from? How would you formulate it? As in what ratio of what supps?
