Hi I would like to find out what would be the best fat burner for a 49 year old female.

This would be her first time using a fat burner so it mustn't be anything too strong please.

She does cardio 3 times a week, her diet is relatively healthy and she weighs around 90kgs.

Thank you

Height?

Sounds like a "fat burner" supplement will do nothing.
I would suggest weight training and getting a hormone panel done.

What does relatively healthy mean w.r.t diet?

how long is each cardio session, what type of cardio is it? what intensity? what is she eating? details details details please. in short,no need for a fat burner, she still has plenty of variables to play with in terms of diet and training which will help her lose weight. No need to add in supplements that will be more detrimental to her health. lose the weight the right way with training and dieting at least 80% on point, then think about supplementation. Reason I say only 80%? not every person is competitive and is okay with a little bit of slack and using supps to give them a bit of an extra edge and psychological boost. nothing wrong with that imo. however, many other factors to take into consideration, what will happen when she comes off the fat burner? all the weight will come back on ,which is why i say get the training and diet in check first. the fat burners can be used for that tiny bit of extra weight that needs to be burnt off.
