Vitamin b6 was created by BDav

So I heard Vitamin B6 is good for prolactin issues, could anyone recommend a good supplement that contain enough of the B6?

B6 doesn't do much to control prolactin from my experimentation. Like many studies the theoretical benefits does not match the real world results. Get Cabaser and get the prolactin under control properly.

Okay I just been seeing the studies out there so was just curious. I have no prolactin issues it just for future planning if I ever do run into problems

Like admin pointed out, on paper maybe. However when you need a medical intervention it isn't going to cut it. It's like cruciferous lowers estrogen and for some woman it does the job well, but when we have high levels of estrogen from conversion we need to use an AI or a SERM ..

jip in insane high doses it only starts lowering prolactin... Rather do Prami or Cabaser

It is on you. It always has been...
