What supplements are you guys using?

Im not talking creatine/protein/bcaa's etc. Im looking more towards things that will provide general health.

I saw a few members talking about Tumeric tablets and pepper?

Currently Im just on Fish oil and collagen tablets.

Collagen Is a waste of money.

Cucurcumin.( 1 to 2 capsules daily)
Magnesium ( 400mg daily)
Zinc(50mg daily)
Fish oil

I must admit, I havent noticed a difference with the collagen, So im stopping that now. Hence this thread
