Ashwagandha is a commonly used item with people prepping and dealing with sleep issues due to its ability to lower cortisol. i know that Tongkat Ali can raise testosterone from my reading on it, how ever it also does have the potential to raise estrogen, and if you are getting to a point of having a raging sex drive this confirms it, as sex drive in men is driven by estrogen, and sex drive in women is driven by testosterone. I know a woman who had taken it in tea form from a Chinese herbalist and told me that she had very tender breasts and better moods etc, so that also confirms the rise in Sex hormones.
