I just wanted to share my experience with the aforementioned supplements. Note that I did not do bloods so I have no actual idea how these compounds (specifically Tongkat and Fadogia) affected my bloodwork.

Fadogia Agrestis:

Fadogia gave me boners like I had when I was a 17 year old boy. I don't think my hammer ever relaxed whilst I was sleeping. It actually got to the point where I had chafing on my head because of perpetual erections during sleep. I shit you not, I had to go to the doctor to get it checked out. I also run a lot so I believe it was the combination of dry-grinding my mattress with an elephant tusk for 8-9 hours every night, and running 15-20kms per week. I cycled the Fadogia Agrestis, and can confirm that once I take after some time off, that night I will have a forearm attached to my torso.

Tongkat Ali- increased sex drive, increased strength, increased recovery. Classical increased T symptoms, however once again I don't have the bloods to prove this. I do feel like this wained into the 3rd/4th week.

All in all I enjoyed these 2 compounds. I am not running any T or AAS and haven't in the past couple of year. But because my diet and training is strict and dialled in, I easily notice changes in my body and mind as soon as I introduce something to my system. It did feel like it started to wear off after a couple of weeks, thus I am currently cycling and will start taking it again in around 4 weeks.

The biggest positive (but honestly, also annoying) was the quality of erections. Even my wife commented and I had to wrestle with it everynight.

Ashwaghanda- we have a 1 year old boy who's sleep is erratic. I do not do well with little sleep. When I initially started taking Ashwaghanda my sleep went into another realm- deep, relaxed, and woke up feeling absolutely refreshed. The effects started waning after a couple of weeks and for that reason I am cycling it now as well. Something in the line of, 4-6 weeks on, 4 weeks off. I am an extremely light sleeper and slightly 'wired', at first (after taking Ashwaghanda) I slept through my baby crying at night. As time progressed I would wake up easier and not miss any sounds at night, but still feel rested the next day. A good 6 hours night sleep on Ashwaghanda, feels better than a normal 8 hour sleep (to me at least). However, as mentioned, I need to cycle off now as I don't feel the effects as pronounced.

Another thing- weird dreams. At times I lucid dream and remember my dreams quite well (prior to Ashwaghanda) on Ashwaghanda it is as if some nights I literally watch movies. Mostly I am an observer in my dream watching a story, usually related to things that happened the previous day. It's almost as if my unconscious is more capable of processing the day's events effectively. Some dreams felt like they lasted for hours and end and when I would tell my wife what I dreamt of, it was like I was retelling the plot of an episode of a series: detailed, long, vivid, etc. In terms of sleep Ashwaghanda was an absolute game changer.

Ashwagandha is a commonly used item with people prepping and dealing with sleep issues due to its ability to lower cortisol. Our cortisol cycles get switched up and due to stress and many other factors cortisol spikes at night, fucking with our sleep. cortisol usually starts to rise in the body roughly 2-3 hours prior to us actually waking up and one of the main things cortisol does is make us wake up.

ashwagandha has the ability to raise and lower cortisol, so you may have more benefit from adding in a second dose in the morning to boost it in order to be more awake and alert, and then prior to bed to make you fall asleep.

another thing you would benefit massively from is Magnesium and zinc prior to bed, magnesium for its ability to make you relax and fall deeper into sleep as well as the other benefits from it.

i know that Tongkat Ali can raise testosterone from my reading on it, how ever it also does have the potential to raise estrogen, and if you are getting to a point of having a raging sex drive this confirms it, as sex drive in men is driven by estrogen, and sex drive in women is driven by testosterone. I know a woman who had taken it in tea form from a Chinese herbalist and told me that she had very tender breasts and better moods etc, so that also confirms the rise in Sex hormones.

the Fadogia Agrestis, I have no experience with so I cant chime in on that one :)

Hey Witwolf, thanks for sharing experience with the supps.

Would you mind sharing where you get your Fadogia? There is this store - hard city elite. Just unsure about the quality.

Thanks
