Diet is the most important thing!! Get that sorted and u are 80% there,no jokes. Supplements that would be good for your are creatine and a mass builder or whey protein, depending on what u want to achieve. Also some glutamine. U can go far on just that. U dont need steroids at all man so stay away from them. There is no shortcut to the top i promise u

You shouldnt even be thinking about juice.

Train for a year or 2 getting your diet right first.

After a year or to you can start reading up on juice..

As for the tips and that. They all been posted over and over.

So rather search the forum , cause I think some of the guys are sick of typing the same
thing over and over.

We should make a FAQ for this site.
Check out the download sections as well.

Cool, thanks for the advice so far, I was under the impression that using steroids will get me in shape and give me a gr8 body in a month or so…was way off…

Okay well will do the diet thing, going to be a challenge because I’ve grown use to the college life over the past 3 years…but hey no pain…

Djeasye: man will definitely give you a hit, I’m pretty clue less when it comes to health and shit…

Keep it real

I started training when i was 19 , not hectic stuff but messing around., at 21 i started to really research what i was doing and the facts about how nutrition that is everything you eat actually determines the external physique, i am now 34 and have put on a solid 23kg of good quality mass, .

You should hit your natural plateau first before you even consider taking any muti, normally one can slap on 10 kg naturally before this happens and again i reiterate its all through diet, if you dont get your diet right forget about bodybuilding and trying to get a good physique, rather go play tennis or chess.Point blank it aint gonna happen.

Its all about eating correctly, the training is the fun part.

Expect to build a great build in +-3-5years. Forget about previous notions of one to two months.

I aint gonna sugar coat it, you have to want it bad and make it your life. BUILDING YOUR BODY IS A 24/7 365 endeavour. That said maybe you do want it bad and you will succeed, good luck it is a long and frustrating road, but in the end oh so rewarding , kewl let us no how it goes in 3 years time.

Good luck and train like you want it!B)

I agree with Myo,
The minute you start eating right then start expecting results over a long period of time. There is NO short cut in the game of bodybuilding. You gotta eat as if you want to get big and you gotta train with the same mind set.

We actually know allot about it.

Letrozole (INN, trade name Femara) is an oral non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor that has been introduced for the adjuvant treatment of hormonally-responsive breast cancer.

Estrogens are produced by the conversion of androgens through the activity of the aromatase enzyme. Letrozole blocks production of estrogens in this way by competitive, reversible binding to the heme of its cytochrome P450 unit. The action is specific, and letrozole does not reduce production of mineralo- or corticosteroids. In contrast, the antiestrogenic action of tamoxifen, the major medical therapy prior to the arrival of aromatase inhibitors, is due to its interfering with the estrogen receptor, rather than inhibiting estrogen production.

It is the strongest drug available of it's kind.

Stanraw, you sound rather young, you have not even started training , you smoke and drink..............does not look good....Now you asking about powerful antiaromitase ihibitors.......... bro go buy yourself a mass gainer, some good creatine, a good whey and a test booster!

Those items their will 'tone' you seeing you dont want to 'bodybuild' up faster than letrozole.....

Letrozole is used primarily in the reduction of breast tumours ie it is a cancer treatment however us 'bodybuilders have utilised it to eliminate the formation of estrogenic symptoms ie gyno, water retention etc.....

Why would somebody who has never lifetd a weight be interested in a chemical that does not really contribute to the development or building of the physique?

Stanraw i really feel you need to research some more bud!
