Different Creatine's?? was created by LSJ
Yes I know creatine is about as old as I am B)

I have however seen that nowadays there is very little "commen" creatine on the market. Does any one of you know one of the following variations?

Whats so "new and wonderfull" about them? I have tryed googling but its like finding a nail in a hardware store. Hellofalot of info and all selling it...

Here is a list:

Creatine Alpha Ketoglutarate
Creatine Monhydrate 99.5% (Common 1)
Creatine Di - maleate
Creatine Tri-Citrate
Creatine Tri-Maleate
Creatine Ethly Ester Hcl

There are alot of false claims out there about CEE! Creatine Mono is the gold standard and you truly do get the same results from CEE as you get from Monohydrate the reason why we have chosen to go with CEE in our formulations is simply for the ease of use!

The results will be the same from both but with CEE you only take 3-4 small capsules and your done "great" and because you wont have the extra unabsorbed creatine in your system you tend to get less bloating.
