CreaPump from SSN works for me.
Throw in some L-Glutamine with it.

Be sure to be eating enough carbs in the day to fuel your workout, else you will not grow!

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

Get some caffeine pills. Relatively cheap from any pharmacy. Get some creatine as well.

Sorry if I offend you

When I used to work for Weider, we had this energy drink which was the dogs bollocks!

Worked like a charm, not too sure if they still do it though.

Brain is not working this morning because for the love of god, i cant remember the name.

recently bought some crea-pump and got rid of it a week later!!! the very best pre workout sup I've ever used/seen/heard of is from cellucor, it's called n-zero.
not very widely available but if you can get hold of some I promise you will not be disappointed!!!
after a days work my energy levels are usually low so I lo0ve using pre-workout energy boosters, used crea-pump, N.O explode, explode, nano vapour and the old ceno-gen but nothing has ever given me the boost that the n-zero has :) hope this helps :)

Train harder than the guy next to you and one day, no-one will be able to touch you

I haven't heard of this but i have heard that during exercise the muscles release glutamine as opposed to taking up glutamine but post workout the muscles will take up the glutamine. This is why its recommended to take glutamine after a workout as opposed to before a workout.
