I am going to do a cutting cycle next month consisting of Test Prop, Anavar and Winnie. How much EFA's should I get in per day? Is 3000mg Flaxseed Oil enough or what?

Yes, that will be enough...
Also, for that cycle (this is copied from one of the other threads):
"now dont forget to up your efa's and take some arthroguard in order to protect those joints of yours from drying out..."

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

You should rather be using Omega 3 or Omega 3-6-9, 3-6 grams a day, also make sure you have alot of macadamia nut oil with your meals.

Ok I changed my compounds to Test Prop (150mg EOD), Anavar (80mg), Masteron (150mg EOD) Third week starting tomorrow.

Tried to do some cardio on the treadmill today. Thought I was gonna die. I didn't know the joint pain was gonna be that bad. Feeling it in my shoulders as well.

So how much EFA's should I take in? Currently taking 9000mg Flax-seed Oil. 2 Cod Liver Oil gel caps, 2 EPO gel caps. 6 Arthro Guard caps per day.

Diet is shap shap, got it from djeasye.

Any help would be appreciated

add in some olive oil or mac nut oil i would say 30mls a day extra, should help the joints... the anavar at that dose will kill the joints.

Well last week I got a cortisone injection for my shoulder, I couldn't lift my arm. I thought I tore ligaments or a tendon. Doc said it was my supraspinatus that was acting up. Same thing happened this week, couldn't get an injection again

I think it's safe to say it's the Anavar fucking me up.

I think your assumption is correct - hurt my joints badly as well.

What did you do, just ride it out or lower the dosage or what?

How much Flaxseed oil? I think I'll have to order a bottle from Springbok or another pharmacy. Currently taking in 40ml extra virgin olive oil as well.

just another point I noticed, do you guys warm up properly? I used to have bad shoulder issues year ago, but since I started training MAX OT way, I have never had a problem since then (touch wood)...

I think the way in which we train is as important as knowing what to look out for when taking AAS...we all know VAR and Winny stuff up joints, so that means we should be even more careful with training, warming up etc etc...

just thought I'd chime in with this post:)
