Ive been reading up on Vitargo in regards to benefits, intake, composition etc and it seems like this stuff is the greatest carb in history. What surprises me is the fact that there are a lot of reports saying that waxy maize is all a myth in regards to its benefits etc. Anyone have any thoughts or feedback on this?

I am so sure LSJ sells it as well.

And there is a cheaper solution to making you own somewhere on this forum. It was posted a year ago or more

as a low gi carb its perfect,it exits the stomach quickly all good,thats where it ends for me,no insulin spiking,no massive glycogen replenishment,all u can use it for is in shakes IMHO

so does this product not bloat you like u get from dextrose. im keen to try it as dextrose even at 10 grams pwo leaves me bloated.

so now i would use
pre- muscle marinade
intra - 15g scivation extend
post - vitargo with sps iso pro

i just called dischem and springbok and they both dont have any. dischem even said that this product is not made anymore. anyone know anything about this? if i cant get this i will have to use sps aftershock
