Nettle Root Increases Free Testosterone

I had my test levels checked. My total test was high-normal, but my free test index was mid-normal. I realised that if i dropped my SHBG even slightly my free test would go to high-normal.

A lot of websites recommend Nettle Root to drop SHBG and increase free test (and there are also a few studies on pubmed).

Has anyone tried this?

If it works, surely it should be mandatory on any cycle including test?

I always use nettle root and saw palmetto (for the prostate and DHT) after my cycle too bring up my free test.

I used Nettle root from Solal and it worked quite nicely, just have to take quite a lot of it.

How many were you taking per day?

from solal, I was taking 8 a day. Split it 4 morning 4 night. I think they 4 150mgs a capsule, not 100% sure anymore
