Creatine Mono vs CEE was created by truckstopper
I want to order creatine and have the choice of the 2.

Which one is the best out of the 2 and reasons.

Please help as i am far from SA so ordering right is key to get it right first time.

Creatine Monohydrate.

CEE is another supplement company scam. They created it after mono became so widespread that the prices were dirt cheap, so they came up with an analog and added some marketing pseudo science how it will reach your muscle quicker make them bigger etc and then charged you an arm and a leg for their super creatine.

If you don't believe me, go www.pubmed.com , all the studies showing the benefits of creatine used regular old creatine monohydrate.

This is a big debate, their is proof that mono doesn't even work on allot of people... the other issue with mono is the bloat + increased blood pressure..

on creatine ethyl ester I had all the energy if not more than normall creatine my bp levels never raise 1 point....

the problem with mono as has allways been it doesn't absorb well.. hence running to the toilet and having issues with air, etc.. I do not notice any other effects except for the no bloat and I don't notice any increase in strength over the mono....

so to put it in a nut shell.... they both effective but for me cee is my preference due to BP

Hey guys, I have used the 2 extensively and I find I respond better to the CEE, it hardens my muscles up better and I gain better from it than the CM, which gives me bloating etc. Just my 2c. Weird stuff as I read many articles saying that CEE is just another scam?

Just remember to carb shuttle the CM. Without carb CM becomes inferior to CEE.

Use it with Dextrose, Vitargo to shuttle the creatine.

I use whey and dextrose for my post workout shake, if you do the same just add your creatine to the mix

Carb shuttling allows for an insulin spike so that the muscles take up the creatine. Creatine is poorly absorbed if its not taken with a carb source, preferably short sugars, and is then excreted by the kidneys

00pump dextrose/maltodextrin post work out with whey protein and your creatine and u are ready set and gone for creatine absorbtion aswell as insulin spike for muscle growth

DJ, I make an awesome shake post workout, can I chuck the dextrose and creatine in there as well? I also take SSN NO CreaPump pre and during workout.

I may look like a bad guy but I have my whey and I eat WHITE BREAD... some nice quick spike :D hehehe, and I don't have a stomach, I got abbs :) so don't take my bread away from me...

Sure they raw, you don't even taste them when all mixed in blender. It makes a lovely tasting shake, my wife even started drinking it with me.

Look its a filling shake but try and get a simple sugar in there. Creatine doenst shuttle that well with complex carbs. So try some Dextrose/Glucose powder with that if ur adding the creatine. It will most porably upset your gut since the creatine MH wont disolve in the mix either.

Not at all sunshine, I do the shit thing once a day and no vomitting. It combines well with everything I consume daily. The thing that upsets my stomach the most is 2 tins tuna daily - fuck that is starting to get to me - been hitting 2 tins per day for 5 months now.
