I like lava, it gives you a good kick while the ephedrine dose is still low but it only has 20mcg clen in it so it should be cycled with clen if you want a higher dose of clen.

@Beesting - Hi Sting don't want to hijack nobody's thread, but while we're on the subject of fatburners remember my wife took a whole bottle of Clen (20mcg,30mcg,40mcg,50mcg,60mcg) together with 2 bottles Adco Zetofen. With 1 hour cardio 5X per week early morning she only lost 3kg. I estimate that she is still 15 to 20kg overweight. What would you suggest for the next step? Lava? Heat?
Regards - NB1

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

There is Hydroxy Cut from Muscle Tech designed specifically for women??? Or what about Anavar???
Heat is an option, but is pretty strong for a women, i think.
You keeping her diet clean???

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

Mr_SA, yes her diet is very clean. Before the Clen she also tried both formulations of Nutrex Lipo6, with no real results. Therefore I don't think Hydroxy Cut will be any better.
Anavar? Will she not start gaining muscle on it, her goal is to lose weight and tone.

Between the lava and the heat I will go for heat , the receptors will get knocked down less. If she takes heat she might want to open the caps and split the powder into quarters or thirds because a third hits me pretty hard and I dunno how she will react (I must warn it tastes really horrible). Three kilos isn't too bad, its not great but its not too bad either...remember she may have lost more fat than that as the clen is anabolic and she may have put on some leg muscle from all the cardio. What does her diet look like, i know you say its clean but how does it look and what are her stats if you dont mind me asking?

Her diet per day consist of the following - Small low fat yoghurt, Special K, 1 tin tuna with brown rice cakes, few cups coffe with equisweet, evening: skinless chicken breast fillet+salad/chicken breast fillet stirfry/steak+salad/fish+mixed veg/fish+salad, lots of water. Due to the nature of her work somedays she doesn't eat at all.
Stats: beautiful 42 years old, 1,7m tall, weight??

Special K cereal is actually pretty high in carbs (lots of sugars as well), how about switching to oats. Too be honest I dont think she is eating right at all, even if the diet is clean. She needs way more protein too. The biggest problem of all is her work, she needs to make the time to eat and if she cant then she should at least be getting some whey or MRP shakes down in the two minutes that she does have. Her body's metabolism doesnt know whats happening as the diet isn't constant and her body doesnt know when its getting food again and when it does her brain is telling her body to store it all for emergency use (starvation mode)

@sting - Thanks I will try and persuade her to change her eating habits. Oh, and I forgot to mention the shake that I make at 06h15 after gym that we share consisting of the following: Cup oats, 6x50ml coops WPC(150g), 4 tsp cottage cheese, 1 des sp sugar free peanut butter, 1 egg yolk, 6 egg whites, 1 banana, 8 ice cubes.

Ya that changes things. Tell her to take out the brown rice cakes and put a more solid food instead, rice cakes to me are empty calories as they dont fill you up at all. Even if she cannot eat every three hours then every four is ok but she cant go without food like that for so long especially if her job is hectic. If she really cant find the time then a shake will help. She has time for coffee so get her to eat or snack on something when she has a cup, at least her body is getting something that way
