Casein and caseinates

Could someone please tell:
1) The difference between casein and caseinates
2) If LSJ sell casein or caseinates
3) What your thoughts are regarding soy protein vs whey/casein

are you talking about miscellar casein vs. calcium caseinate?
if so then the only real difference is the price (miscellar casein being more expensive) much like the debate of whey isolate vs. concentrate.
yes LSJ sells casein.
and soy protein has a far lower bioavailability compared to either whey or casein. (making the whey/casein a better choice)

Casein is a largely hydrophobic protein but has a large polar end as well. This polar end is acidic (thus the suffix -ate)
Casein simply refers to the protein itself while caseinate refers to the same protein in its charged form, usually in complex with a metal ion to complement the charge. There is no difference between them.
