I just by Vital Gold and take double the dosage x2 caps in the morning.

How much you paying for you Solgar V2000 ?
I have seen it for around 250 for 90 I think

I currently use Dischem brand Spectrum, but when finished will switch over to ON Optimen. Only heard good reviews on it from clever and pro BB.

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

I have 2 in the morning after breakfast and then 2 again an hour after training with a meal (only one serving on the weekends though) and it's lasted me 2 months already should at least last another 3 weeks

Optimen all the way, Was on animal for 3 cartons worth made me sick, even the smell.
Switched to Optimen, wont change- never felt better.

How much you paying for the Optimen, I cant find anything on SpringBok , and I am scared of Dischem.

How long does it last you as well?

The Vital gold I am using seems to do it job but does not make you feel any different. ( compared to animal)

R320 but that is a reduced rate:
So not really sure on the price in an ON store, shouldnt be more than R400 for 2 months supply.

Animal Pak. +-R480 for 44 packs. Will try Opti-men when i cant find Animal, but Opti-men works out more expensive when you compare ingredients.

I will try the Solgar V2000. Heard a few people raving about it.

Slow releasing Vit as well I hear

Well as far as I know Solgar isnt I tried.

Optimen is and Animal. The rest you will find at health stores

Have used Opti-men before, but currently using Bestum 5 in 1 by Nutrilida and SSN's multivit.

Well I order most of my things from the pharmacy, they don't stock anything really, so I have to wait a few days. Don't know about the Solgar haven't tried that yet.

Why do you order?

Ask them for a quote on the Solgar V2000 then try find a shop that stocks it.

You never know if the pharmacy is putting a atupid mark up on their price.

Every rand you save counts.
