SYNTHA 6 to my understanding is mostly whey bro, so very fast absorbing protein.
rather get yourself some casein protein.

if you're gonna buy from a specific brand, then SPS in my opinion is the best way to go.
but you can get miscellar casein from most health shops or you can order from LSJ

i think i will try LSJ brand.do u guys know what the proten content is in let say a 30 g serving? do u mix the cassein powder with anything extra?

You can go with the LSJ, dont know about their Casien but should b fine.
I use the ON Casien, brilliant stuff my bedtime tradition;) it has 20 or 22grams protein per serving (sorry never checked but 20 something). Well mixed, lasts a month, tastes good. They make ace products. Check it out;)
