I use their Cytomaize and NO Crea Pump, (was on special recently). No problems with those.... IMO they make decent products...

Bought that same special. But the pump isn't that great but the energy was great with the crea-pump imo.

I more used it for the energy boost... What products have you used that enhance the pump noticeably?

He's one huge piece of meat, checked him at Gauteng Central earlier this year. If memory serves the won Nabba Worlds, I'm 100% sure that if wasn't a IFBB event.

I used to train at BC gym where he goes aswell, he won the NABBA junior worlds. Not a fan of his physique, he's arms are way to big, has gyno 24/7 etc. He started juicing when he was very young...

Where's the best place to buy their (Supplements SA) stuff in Gauteng as I mostly use LSJ's stuff so I haven't done supplement shopping in very long? They've got some interesting stuff that I'll like to try in my PCT after my current cycle.

Vega:
Keen on doing the same thing planning on using the Beta Ecdysterone, Testoblast and their ZMA. Some of their sups also look good.
Best bet i rate would be ordering straight off their sight?
The prices with delivery are stil below a quote i got from a local sups supplier so iam goin that route.
Peace

The testoblast has zma in it. Go for the testoblast extreme, and skip the zma

Thanx wayne:
I know it has the ZMA but the dose is too low for me, and if i wanted to get the dose i needed i would hav 2 up the testoblast and thus the tribulus etc... Which i dont want to do as iam using it for PCT. At least with their straight ZMA i can control my dose over and above what i am getting from the testo blast.
Shot for the input tho.
Peace

Mr Moose : question - why wouldn't youwant to up your dosage of tribulis in pct ?? i'm a bit confused there...

Big W:
Personal choice hey, have used tribulus in my past 4 cycles PCT's but have used pure tribulus most recently by ON and the dose i have used that has worked successfuly is below the standard dose of testoblast as is, never mind now i must increase it even more just to get the ZMA i need.
So thats my reasoning 'if it aint broke dont fix it'.
Peace

As you said all different and even more so personal. I use what works for me and its ace.
Generally consists of HCG at a low dose 500iu eod last week of shots- end of first week PCT.
Kessar, 30 days.
ZMA.
Tribulus.
I up my creatine and glutamine.
And i up my calories by around 10%.
Then stick on whatever other sups iam on.
Peace

Back to the SSN issue.

While at Dischem today I bought some Crea-pump as I haven't heard a single bad word about it. But I have a couple of questions regarding the use.

1) I train at 5am will I be able to use it with a Heat? Or will it be too much of a "rush"?
2) Can I take it with my pre-workout shake with consists of waxy maize and whey? Or does it need to be consumed on an empty stomach?
3) Is the recommended serving size sufficient? I'm not that heavily affected by stimulants in general.

I'm not big into the supplement hype but I needed something to keep the pump going and this was fairly good value.
3)
