Hi,

Could you please help me with the following questions?

1)Replacement for Dextrose (Glucose at a pharmacy?)
2)Protein content for chicken breast in RSA? Is 15g per 100g correct?
3)Do anyone experience congestion when using BCAA? If so, how do you overcome this problem?
4)The Dextrose available, is it Monohydrate or Anthydrous?
5)What is the general g's of Waxy Maize taken after training?
6)What is the dosage for BCAA per day? (Do take Whey 200g per day and Casein 50g per day)
7)What do you do to prevent the casein from forming clots

(May refer to {Grams = constant X LBM}if it depends on you weight)

Thank you!

About point 3...

Something else should be wrong here and maybe it is just me. I attend to the throne twice a day and never had a problem in as long as I can remember. As soon as I take BCAA, it is serious....to the point where you are thinking of getting help.
While we are at the “strange” topic, when I take Whey and I don’t flush it down with water or juice, I get a sore throat. Everytime you swallow, it feels as if there are needles in your throat but that is an allergic reaction. If it gets worse, my ears start to itch inside.

Natural protein sources like eggs, chicken, fish, red meat, even whey, etc have huge amounts of essential and non-essential amino acids.Eat good amounts of them and you wont have to buy BCAA pills.

PS:You eat whey powder just like that??? Where did you get that idea from???

No, I take my whey before the juice. Since juice is in a liquid form, we can assume the whey is also in a liquid form, instead of assuming the whey is taken dry. :woohoo:

I drink the whey, which is mixed with water. Then I have about two minute to flush my throat with any other liquid (in my case I prefer to use juice) or my throat will slowly start to feel as if there is needles inside, only the moment you swallow (during the contraction of the throat), which gets worse within an hour or two (lets rather say it feels as if you have swallowed needles and its stuck in the throat), after which it reach its peak in the form of sensation (pain) and then it will be like that for about two days after which it slowly starts to get better over the next day, to the point where it is back to normal. (Sorry for causing the confusion)

The whey issue was more a hint if anyone else experiences this issue with dairy like products. (Lactose intolerant).

I eat the powder strait... Place a few scoops in my mouth and add some water, blend and swallow. I do it with BCAA's as well if I use them, and with all my supplements actually. It's just quicker and I'm always in a hurry.

That being said I never have sore throats, itchy ears, or constipated bum crack. I think you may have another problem here bud... Food allergy sounds plausible.

Sorry if I offend you
Its just my point of view
