Yes, I normally have apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar with salads. Not sure if you get cider vinegar made by other fruits.

Well thats the only cider vinegar i know! Was just making sure! I always knew it was good for something, just didnt know what!

Bought myself some apple cider caps today. So I'll test it. I mainly want to try it during the mornings after gym because after my post workout shake my appetite is non existent.
