As far as I know and from what I have read, Creapure creatine mono is the best. It's from Germany and most European supplement companies use it. Locally Muscle Science use it.
Most guys will say that it doesn't really matter which creatine mono you use.

Hi there, imo creatine is creatine is creatine. What makes a difference is 1. the manufacturer supplying it. 2 The amount of creatine per serving. 3. What the supplier is adding to the supplemente.g glutamine etc. I would recommend sticking with a reputable supplier like universal etc. B)

LSJ pricing is pretty good and I have no reason to believe that its not good quality....

IMO, I've always beleived Creatine Mono is Creatine Mono, I take a little extra to make sure I'm getting enough per serving. I do usualy stick to more mainstream supp companies just in case...

When it comes to mono, creapure is the best, creatine is not creatine, i remember reading that the cheaper chinese stuff had impurities in them!

Listen all i can say is i used ON creapure® creatine mono and by chance my supplier didnt have when i came to the end of my container. Asked what other mono he had, got the Phosphagen and noticed the difference within a week. Good stuff. And yea wayne is 100% right. Creatine is definately not creatine, is definately not creatine! Some kak ones with tonnes of impurities out there. You wont go wrong with either.

creatine is creatine...the additives that crappy suppliers add to the product are what make some differ from others. Take the shit out of the mix and you left with ....creatine. B)

EAS Phosphagen HP and Elite has added ingredients like carbs, taurine and beta-alanine, which makes a difference. Am I correct in saying that ON Creapure is just the creatine, so you have to take it with some dextrose?

Yes I have got the 1.2kg ON Creapure creatine. It's just pure creatine mono.

Huge difference then.
For the body/muscles to absorb the creatine, you need an insulin spike, hence taking it with carbs like dextrose or vitargo. You can also add things like Alpha-Lipoic Acid and Chromium to improve insulin response. Adding Beta-Alanine is one of the best things you can do.

Another reason why the phosphagen is a good bet i dont have to stress about my taurine and buying energades anymore:
Its working out to be a good rounded post with 5 grams of glutamine and whey.
Peace
