has anyone used this product?i was given 2 bottles and just wanna know how u guys rate it.it has 40g of protein per serving and 8g of carbs.

whens the best time to use it?

I would use it if I had the cash. You could always half the serving and take in some extra carb post workout. Or you could mix it in with your oats for high protein oats

thanks Beesting.Normally i have a whey prtien shake with my oats in the morning,u think i can substitute the serving of lean dessert in my oats instead of the shake?

How many grams of protein do you have? The dessert protein is low in carb so I dont see why not, esp if you halve the serving (or 3/4) then its only 4g carb, its pretty much a protein shake I think its just thicker than normal whey shakes. But have that post workout with some raisins and it should spike your insulin and you get the protein into the muscles

I see that its made of different proteins, whey isolate and concentrate, egg protein, casein etc so they all have different digestion rates so I think its good for breakfast and maybe before bed if you half the serving (you dont want too much carb before bed) and then keep the whey for post workouts or combine the two...its really up to you

i am following a diet given to me by DJ.Id rather stick to SPS Ultra protein before bed as it has 2g of carbs and use half serving of Lean Dessert in my oats in the morning
