CLA definately works, you need to build up a level in you're system before any real effects though so many people stop using it after a few weeks thinking it's crap but that's when it just starts working

Train harder than the guy next to you and one day, no-one will be able to touch you

Research indicates that it does work but the study i have seen they say only after constant use over 6 months will you notice a difference. Not worth it as it's expensive and the "gain" is barely anything...

There isn't acually solid evidence that it works, the only solid evidence for something working is creatine but I still use it

The general guide is usually 4-8grams a day.
Any supplier is fine, as long as its >80% pure.
