Whuch milk thistle do you use?

I was using Natrodale's but am just curious which is the best bang for buck?

I don't think it makes much difference, but I would allways use SAMe with it... nothing comes close to the power of this product.

Hi Pump,
I suppose that SAMe is the actual product name. Is there a specific brand to look out for?

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

I struggle to find Solgar , I found a shop some time ago, but their prices were stupid expensive

What about Solal Technologies. Is their SAMe any good?
