Muscletech or alternatives was created by Happyraven
Ok... my mate is having trouble setting up a user account so i'm posting this on his behalf. I have given him my advice but somehow is a non-believer. He is busy using Muscletechs Creakic, gakic and Leukic, those 3 alone costing in the region 0f R2300 for the stack. He also takes a good protein.

Now my argument was that the 2.5k can be spent much more wisely, i dont wanna say what i recommended (as not too influence anything) Please could you advise what else he can take instead.

his object is to put on a few pounds of lean muscle mass

shot

If your friend doesnt take your advice(being his friend),why would he take someone elses. No supplement can replace good wholesome food when it comes to nutrition. The main key factors in gaining mass is surplus calories from complex carbs and pure protein.

I hear what you say, and the 2.3k was just for the creakic gakic and leukic

bro you're mate is getting far too caught up in the supplement hype.
all that he really needs is a good whey protein, creatine, BCAA's, a good multi vit and some efa's and I've been made a fan of vitargo so add that in too :)
all relatively cheap and far more necessary than muscle tech's creakic, gakic and leukic (which are nice to add to the above but by no means the bases of any supplement regime)

other than that I can preach again about a good diet and intense training but I don't wanna bore any1 :P
keep to the basics, it's all that really works

agree fully.

I suggested the SNS crea-pump and SPS aftershock for before-during-after, then a good protein mixed with some Glutamine within 45 mins... the eating plan goes without saying

SSN crea-pump and the SPS aftershock is perfect, but ya you're mate won't listen to advice like this, I know a few people who would rather spend 2-3 grand on the "latest and greatest" supps.
they forget about the basics, the simple building blocks of our bodies and it's coz of this that they don't see results.

get him to contact LSJ, and get him to try out a simple "basic" program which I'm sure you'll be able to draw up including a clean diet and a few good supplements, and get him to track his progress over 12 weeks or so.
his results should convince him never to waste cash on sh*t again
