ag no busy posting this and the name evades me.........whey protien , name on carton is "on" , they have stores all ove jhb, i see deschem stocks it as well, all whey isolates, it looks great but a bit expensive at 650 a tub? anyone used it ? is it worth the extra cash for high quality whey ?

If you mean 650 rands then you would have to be really stupid and very rich at the same time to spend that amount of money on "pure whey".There is a guy on this forum called LSJ that sells pure whey protein concentrate for around R230 for 2kg,and its potent stuff.

Just received my order and it's good stuff.

They are charging you a fortune for the label and advertising. It's just whey with some flavouring
