SSN supplements - how good are they was created by Happyraven
Just curious to know from guys who have used their products, how good are they really? I mean in comparison to other GOOD brands, just curious.

Thanks

I've been using SSN NO Crea Pure for 4 months now and find it to be a good product with a reasonable price tag. Haven't used other SSN products yet.

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

ja at the moment i am using the crea pump and the Cytomaize, but too be honest, the pump or effect i get with crea pump is no where near what i got with Gaspari's supperpump, budget constraints is dictating what i take at the moment. Don't get me wrong, it is working, i'm just trying to see if it works for most folks who are using it

Hey Raven, the crea-pump is by no means the best out there but for the price you won't get anything better.
I have used most of there products and am very happy with the brand.
also been using the sps isopro and never going back to any other brand of whey again.
I really think ssn and sps are the top supplement brands in SA at the moment.
relatively cheap and they actually work! it's not all marketing hype like usn/muscle science.
(not meaning to bash those brands btw, hehe used to work for one of them :P )

Hey Jay, i must say that i am using SPS anabolic mass as my protein supplement and i will also not use any other. I dont get that heavy full feeling after having a shake. I know that a lot of the other local brands are using a lot of soy protein as a substitute.
As for the price - crea pump and cytomaze are very affordable, and i'll more than likely stick to. I am taking the SPS anabolic mass 3 times a day so i use 3 of the containers a month, which equates to around R1300 just on the protein which is quite steep!!

haha tell me about it, since starting my keto diet a while back I've been BANGING the whey, and being isopro it also gets pretty expensive.
but hey I believe it's better than anything else available :)
where abouts do you stay?
coz both sps and ssn are running very nice specials at the dischem in westwood, just to let you know ;)

Hey bud,
I don't want to bust your nuts or anything, but...
I was kinda disappointed with the crea-pump / cytomaize stuff. Recovery was ok-ish but the pump was not as strong.
I'm not rich, but the best pump and workout I have ever had is from Supplements SA Ganic-f the regular one. I have tried BSN NO explode, the only thing that got exercise was my stomach and ass, after a single scoop serving I killed a toilet. It sounds like arginine sensitivity to me?
But no other pre-workout drink gives me diarrhea though...
Muscle science Xplode is not too bad, but works better for cardio.

Peace out

each to his own man :)
I have spoken to guys that have said nano vapour and super pump250 (pre workout drinks from muscle tech and gaspari) did absolutely nothing for them, but when I tried these products I thought they were great!
everyone reacts differently to these things, I'm just saying, going on my personal experience you won't get anything better for the price

I'm not a fan of tribulis so honestly wouldn't waste my money on either.
