jboy even if u are not working out are under eating my suggestion is get yourself a cheap protein shake thats got loads of carbs such as muscle science grow or optimum anabolic, have that 3 times a day with your meals, and see how that going that should add at least another 1000calories into your diet if not more....

Gonne buy fillets, eggs, oats ect all that.Trying to fit in 3000 calories gonne be a chanllange for me,but for good cause hey :)

I can bet my gym membership that you will never be able to swallow 3000 calories everyday without training, and if you do somehow get it right you have a good chance of becoming obese, which you will regret. You need to create the need for that amount of calories, and thats by stimulating muscle growth.

- Start off slow, train in your bedroom if you dont want to join a gym.Do pushups, situps, sissy squats, run, jump, etc.

- With the food, add your extra calories slowly day by day until you reach your goal.that way you wont be forcing your stomach to handle the extra load.

IF YOU DOING WHAT YOU'VE ALWAYS DONE,YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU'VE ALWAYS GOTTEN

Jboy,
You mentioned somewhere earlier in this thread that you don't care about putting on to much fat, because you'll turn it to muscle later...

Let's just be clear on one thing. You cannot turn fat into muscle. You can put on fat by eating, or you can put on fat and muscle by eating and training at a gym. Either way you will need to diet to lose the fat if you put on to much, and you cannot turn the fat into muscle.

YOU NEED TO JOIN A GYM AND START TRAINING!!!
(or at least gym at home as suggested above)

If you don't, all the extra weight you put on will be fat, not muscle. And you will be the same skinny ass shit cape town boy you are now once you try to lose the fat.

Sorry if I offend you
Its just my point of view
