SPS supps WTF?!?!

Yesterday i went and bought isopro 1.5kg from Dischem....R490 friggin bucks WTF, is it just me or is SPS getting really expensive, it actually pisses me off

dude i know the feeling i am getting raped doing keto and using sps iso pro, i am doing 3 1.5kg tubs a month so u must know the raping i get every day...

same here, using ISOPRO 3 times a day = 3tubs/month = R1500 just for protein!! i dunno what to use anymore thats good and cost effective :hmm :hmm

I'm going through the same thing guys, but it's the only whey on the market that's 100% isolate.
you could use whey concentrate which is cheaper with a BV of between 70 and 80% and for every 10g you take in you'll only be using around 7g which in my opinion is a bit of a waste,
or you could use whey isolate and absorb nearly everything you take in.
this is why I use isopro, coz it's the best.
I mean when have you heard about some1 buying a ferrari and complaining that a fiat uno is so much cheaper

Unless dieting for a competition I see the Isolate as waste of money. I would rather use Concentrate and make sure rest of diet is perfect :lol:

haha I hear what you're saying, but the only point I was trying to make was that, yes, it costs a bit more than say USN's "100% whey protein" (haha have to laugh at that), but it's the best

Chatted to LSJ about it and he said he should have Whey Isolate early next year and he's price was good as usual.

In the meantime I've been buying pure from www.100percentpure.net . was on special for R200 a kilo free delivery over R400, Muscle works was a little more.... I'll obviously buy from LSJ as soon as he has, even if he just matches the price....

Also use to use Isopro, just got too expensive....

Sh%t, he's prices went up, sorry bout that.... Bought quite a few should keep me till LSJ brings his out...
