Does anyone know where I can get Optimum Nutritions Opti-men from??

I seems to be nearly like Animal pack but at a better price..

( I dont buy online.. I am talking about a shop)

I am from JHB close to the Westrand and Randburg.

Got a Dischem down the road from me.. Never seen it at Dischem....

At the moment I am not impressed with Dischem and the way the ripping people off with suppliments..

Dischem Benmore gardens in Sandton has it. was there about 2 weeks ago- R190 for 90 and R320 or so for R180 tabs. 3 tabs a day you do the math

No Preservatives. 100% Juice

Did not read up that far to how many tabs you need...

Does not work out cheaper then.....

Springbok has the cheapest Animal pack it seem. Need to take a drive out there....

If you get the bottle of 180 tabs, that works out to 60 servings. At R300, it's way cheaper than Animal Pak, and it's 3 tabs compared to 11.

dude there is a ON shop @ chilly lane shopping centre. If ur coming on the N1 towards pretoria, take rivonia, gooi a left and ull see it on ur left. They are close to the pick n pay.

60 servings . But how many servings do you take per day???

Animal is 44 servings at one pack a day... Two packs if you competing so it says..

cool, otherwise give stephen @ performancesupplements a shout. He delivers and hes prices are fair. let me know if you need his phone number. He does all the imported supps, very efficient
