Cant pay these prices anymore. Looks like breast is best - will just have to find a way to make a shake from it.

Look at the last order from Springbok on 21 Feb:

Evox Synergy Whey Protein -Strawberry (2.2kg Powder) R269.00

Now they charge R480-00!

Shocking, MxT mentioned a good and cheap brand, just search the forum for it.

apparently this brand is gonna go quite big, ssn... try ssnonline.co.za its R330 for 2.28kgs of whey...

Im using ssn whey as djeyes said 330.00 for 2.2kgs and tastes ok so far so good.
Has anyone tried the sps trigger or aftershock.

ssn looks good - will definately get the Whey/Creatine/Glutamine from them.

dude i bought evox super protein the other day for night time,its also casein based, R190 a kg from dischem and its got a whole pile of other things added,really nice,if u cant get that why not just add half a tub of cottage cheese to 40grams of whey and ta da u got your casein based shake! and it tastes tip top

If you are in durban i get my supplements from a lady (Cindy)she is very sharp.Her email is EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED.If you give her decent orders she collects money ,collects from the factory and delivers worth a try gents .

aaaaaaaaaaaaaah i see,cool,well us durban boys must have a meeting sometime,i live in durban north,train at la lucia attractive virgin in the am and the kings park not so attractive virgin in the afternoon(too much sausage for my liking esp during an hour long cardio session)

you can buy "bagged" whey protein. I think the 2kg goes for around R200.
