I think their mass gainer is called "hard mass" and yes, argueably one of the best (and cheapest)

well i take my shake 3 times a day so if one does the maths, it seems expensive.... correct me if i'm wrong tho.

the 2kg packet

150g 3 x a day means the packet will be finished in 4 and a half days. so i'll need 8 packets a month which would be close on R1600 :( :(

well dude you used the serious mass 3x/day and that big packet has 16 servings @ around R650.
so for that to have lasted you a month you would need +- 6 packs... see where I'm going here (lol the hard mass is cheap :) )
but it really sounds like you need to look at you're diet first though (no offense)

I hear you and i did say that it (ON) was BLOODY expensive, so i wasn't comparing the two. (then again when a person is broke ALL supplements are expensive :( :( )

The problem with having a MRP 3 times a day, especially one that has 1250 calories is that you are ALWAYS full, but you right, my diet was not the best at that point. I now have my new diet that i got from the dietician, so we'll see what happens.

well best of luck bro :)
my advice to you: leave the MRP's just get yourself some whey, glutamine and some creatine and then pend the rest on good quality food, then eat and eat and eat :)
whole foods will speed up you're metabolism more than any mass gainer which will help you eat more obviously increasing you're daily calories alot more

I dont know about that man, the whole thing sounds funky. 3750 calories a day from MRP plus meals. There is no chance in hell you should be losing mass from that. I would never buy another product from them for as long as I live!!!

Sorry if I offend you
Its just my point of view

Okay so after the waxy maize starch debate, WMS seems to be useless. What you now recommend as a good post workout mass builder?

Haha seriously man, there is so much trash talk out there that I really don't know anymore.

Hard Mass seemed to be good option with the WMS, but then DJ shows up with one article, and we're back to square one.

Whey and Dex seems to be the one, and only option.
