hey, sure you've all seen this product in the supermarkets and chemists last few months, they launched it last year and has done pretty well.

Its an energy and immune boosting cereal based on research into nutrition for AIDS patients to improve immunity and slow wasting.

Hey hey spike! Every morning and about 2hours before weight training the evening i eat about 3/4 cup of jungle oats with hand full of raisins and banana! And during the beginning of this year im having about 2/3 months off-season before preparing for comps and was wondering where i can add carbs, and good carbs obviously!

I started adding 50-100g of Future Life with each meal of oats and it did wonders for me, filled me up way more and on the clean diet that im following, there's nothing a scoop of whey protein cant fix the taste with! Can't say if it really gave me any gains 'coz ive been increasing my carbs with this meal and every other meal including brown rice and pototoes etc...but if everything is in the box thats on the label, then imo it's a real good product!

ps-especially the amino's and immune boosters got my attention straight away, i tried the 50g sachets before purchasing the 500g packets, but sadly when i started to measure down individual 100g packets for each day of the weak (mon-fri) it didn't total out at 5 equal packages?? either my scale is broken from too much malto or dextrose weight from the last comp prep or someone is making an extra buck...anyhow, a good product imo, will keep on buying :)

Training: 3years intense
Body Fat: 9%
Length: 1,68m
Weight: 80kg

Yeah thats what i figured, looks like a decent meal to add in, and can mix it as a shake to get it down quick. And that twenty buck bag will last 5 days, perfect. Will see how it goes

Well if you are eating any foods coming from China (even foods not clearly stating it) you are at risk because there are no regulations at all when it comes to this. Allot of foods coming from places lake the US, Canada ect are basically completely prepared in China but because Chinese manufacturers know about the concerns the WEST have with this, they have agreements with other companies for the labelling. Unfortunately money talks and since they basically have most countries (including us to a very big degree)by the balls, they all play with.............

Just in case you missed Byron182's link I'll sum it up:

Future Life tested positive for genetically modified maize and gentically modified soy.

Most genetically modified foods were banned from the EU because of possible health issues.

# Offspring of rats fed GM soy showed a five-fold increase in mortality, lower birth weights, and the inability to reproduce
# Male mice fed GM soy had damaged young sperm cells
# The embryo offspring of GM soy-fed mice had altered DNA functioning.
GM foods have not been shown to be safe to eat.
GM crops increase pesticide use.

Just make an informed decision with that in the back of your mind :)
