ok guys have u ever noticed how creatine sits at the bottom of your shaker? u wanna know how to get past that? i read an interesting article a while back,cant remember where, but add your creatine to hot water and it dissolves, now,i dont know if creatine is heat sensitive but its really nice having a shake that doesnt have gritty bits in it....also i can imagine that it would be able to pass through the stomach wall alot easier seeing it is dissolved...

just a word of caution, you only need a small amount of hot water, swirl it around and top up with cold water ... works like a bomb

leave it over night dirk and watch it form crystals looks sweeet!
